I wrote this last weekend and I never posted it! So here is what we ate all week….LOL
Sunday: NY strip steaks on the grill, baked potatoes, roasted Brussel sprouts, corn on the cob, green salad
Monday: Garlic Lime Chicken fajitas with roasted asparagus with garlic and green salad
Tuesday: Broiled tilapia parmesan, roasted veggies (red potatoes, brussel sprouts, cauliflower, carrots, turnips, etc.)
Wednesday: Mom’s house for dinner
Thursday: Chef Meg’s Mediterranean Chicken w/ Orzo and Rachael Ray’s oven roasted broccoli
Friday: Linguine with Spicy Shrimp and Rachael Ray’s Zucchini Oven Fries
Saturday: Mom’s house again for dinner!
